Based on wastewater viral concentration trends, a mobile testing van from MGH&#8217;s RADx team chooses a location in the spiking area for targeted community surveillance testing every week.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our health promoters (promoteres) work with the MGH team in the selected place to encourage more people to test for COVID-19. The test administered is an individual PCR test, free of charge and irrespective of symptomatic status. The MGH team promptly communicates the result of a test individually via a phone call.
